Schedule

Construction on the project began the on October 3, 2016, there was a Ground Breaking Ceremony held on October 28th. The start of foundations began in early December 2016. The erection of Structural steel is scheduled to occur in March 2017.

The design team will complete the Construction Documents for subcontractor bidding in Fall 2016. Construction is anticipated to begin in October 2016. Construction will take 22 months with an intended school opening in September 2018.

The Design Development Phase restarted in November 2015 after a successful funding approval at Town Meeting. The main project construction is slatted to start late Fall of 2016 with an option for an early site construction start in early Fall 2016.
